Defective or Incorrect Products
In the highly unlikely event that you receive a defective or incorrect product, please follow these steps for resolution:
Contact our dedicated support team via WhatsApp or email; email@example.com, attaching a clear picture that substantiates the defect or error in your order within 24 hours.
We will be responsible for retrieving the item at no cost to you. Items must be returned to Krystallyx in its original packaging
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will expedite the replacement process as swiftly as possible.
Please be aware that the replacement process may take up to 4 weeks or longer, contingent on the availability of the returned item.
We do not offer refunds, except for instances where a defective or incorrect product cannot be replaced due to unavailability, We will promptly issue a full refund for the affected item.
Kindly note that all items purchased during promotional sales or marked as "Sale" are considered final. These items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
