Prompt Shipping

Nigeria Orders: Orders received before 12:00 PM (CAT) are typically processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (CAT) will be dispatched the next business day.

USA Orders: Orders received before 2:00 PM (EST) are typically processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) will be dispatched the next business day. 

While we strive to maintain this efficiency, please note that it is a standard practice and not a guaranteed service.

Broken Glass Guarantee

In the rare instance that your glassware arrives damaged, simply email us a photograph of the broken item within 24 hours of receipt, and we will promptly send a replacement at no additional cost.

Out-of-State Shipping (Nigeria)

For customers outside Lagos, we offer out-of-state shipping at a flat fee, ensuring a consistent and reliable service no matter where you are.
